The investment strategy of DETECT PRO FUND aims to identify young African talents aged 16 to 19 from underprivileged backgrounds, who demonstrate exceptional abilities (athletic, psychological, technical…) significantly above the average.
Our talent scouting process consists of two selective stages:
Pre-selection: Targeting one thousand (1,000) players, conducted in collaboration with local youth academies over a three (3) month period.
Final selection: Targeting twenty (20) players, carried out by members of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro Senegal in partnership with Strive Football Group.
The young talents selected after the final phase will receive funding from DETECT PRO FUND to join an intensive sports program at a prestigious international institution, the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro Senegal. This opportunity will give them a chance to pursue a professional career at the highest level while ensuring a return on investment for DETECT PRO FUND.
Through the global network of Strive Football Group, these players will have the opportunity to be scouted by Strive Football Group’s professional clubs or by partner professional clubs worldwide, giving them access to the highest level of competition.
